Shipping policy

1. ORDER PROCESSING

All orders are processed within 3-5 business days of payment being received and confirmed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. During peak periods (such as holidays or promotional events), processing times may be slightly longer. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

2. SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES

We ship nationwide across South Africa via The Courier Guy. The shipping options are available at checkout. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including courier delays, adverse weather conditions, or high-volume periods.

3. ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your order directly on The Courier Guy's website at www.thecourierguy.co.za.

4. DELIVERY ADDRESS

Please ensure that your delivery address is correct and complete at the time of placing your order. Only Soft Things cannot be held responsible for orders delayed or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. We are unable to redirect parcels once they have been dispatched.

5. FAILED DELIVERIES

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful because no one is available at the address provided, The Courier Guy will contact you to arrange re-delivery. Additional redelivery fees may apply and will be charged to the customer's account.

6. DAMAGED OR LOST PARCELS

We take great care in packaging your order. If your parcel arrives damaged, please photograph the packaging and contents immediately and contact us at hello@onlysoftthings.co.za within 48 hours of receipt.

In the event of a lost parcel, once a tracking number has been issued to you, all delivery queries must be directed to The Courier Guy directly at www.thecourierguy.co.za or on 0861 868 247. Only Soft Things cannot be held liable for parcels lost in transit once they have been dispatched and a tracking number issued.

7. REMOTE AREAS

Deliveries to remote or outlying areas may incur additional charges or extended delivery timeframes. Should your delivery address fall within such an area, we will contact you before processing your order to advise of any additional costs.
